Who Are We?

DiscNS, formerly the Nova Scotia Disc Sports Society, is the governing body for disc sports in Nova Scotia. Our goal is to promote participation in disc sports throughout Nova Scotia, as well as to provide resource, policy, and a unified voice for players leagues, clubs, and all members of the disc sport community. We are a member of the national governing body of Ultimate, Ultimate Canada.

What are disc sports?

Disc sports include many sports that are played with flying discs. The most popular sports are Ultimate (commonly known as Ultimate Frisbee), as well as Disc Golf.
