What is Disc Golf?
Disc Golf is played similar to traditional golf, only players use a series of specialized discs as opposed to balls and clubs. Much like clubs in traditional golf, there are multiple types of discs, including putters, drivers, and mid-range discs. Traditional flying discs typically are not used in disc golf. Courses usually have 9 or 18 ‘holes’, each of which ends when a disc reaches its target, typically a basket. Disc golf is playable by people of any age or physical ability.
